Belt Press for Sludge Dewatering and Processing
Best Creative solid and liquid dewatering and separation solutions offers a range of Belt Presses from 500 mm wide to 3000 mm. The Belt Presses feature rotary drum thickeners or gravity deck thickening. The heavy duty design makes our belt presses a reliable and long lasting machine.
Best Creative series Belt Filter Press can be generally divided into two types: Environmental sludge dewatering belt press and Squeezing Type dewatering belt press. Sludge dewatering press is one of the most efficient dewatering units which can be applied through organic and inorganic sludge to achieve required results at minimum operating cost, mostly used to dewater all kinds waste water sludge.
Squeezing Type dewatering press is the world newly dewatering equipment specially developed in light of actual need of materials with fiber dewatering through our many years research and testing. It is the best choice for dewatering of by-product spent grain such as barley, corn, wheat, rice, cassava sludge, paper pulp, and food industry. Al Best Creative belt filter presses are designed for highly efficient, reliable and simple liquid/solid separation, providing low capital, operating and maintenance costs
Best Creative belt press have been used in many countries with great success in a wide variety of applications - from industrial and municipal water & waste water treatment to food processing, ethanol applications and refineries.

How does the Belt Filter Press actually operate?
Belt Filter Presses apply mechanical pressure to a chemically conditioned slurry, which is sandwiched between two tensioned belts, by passing those belts through a winding section of decreasing diameter rolls. The Belt Filter Press can actually be divided into three zones:
Gravity zone - free draining water is drained by gravity through a porous belt .
Wedge zone - where solids are prepared for pressure application
Pressure zone - where medium pressure and then high pressure is applied to the solids.
